A practical 60 cm gas cooktop for a new kitchen or a renovation, finished in stainless steel so it sits comfortably alongside most appliance ranges and wipes down easily after cooking.
Four burners cover the full spread of everyday cooking. A 3.6 kW wok burner takes care of high heat searing and stir frying, two 1.75 kW semi rapid burners handle everyday pots and pans, and a 1.0 kW auxiliary burner is there for simmering. Solid cast iron grates keep cookware level, and a pan support is included for use with the auxiliary burner so small pots and coffee pots do not tip.
Galvanised knob controls with a safety lock give direct control of the flame, easy ignition fires the burners quickly, and a flame failure device shuts off gas if a flame goes out. Factory set for natural gas, the cooktop converts to LPG with the included kit. Installation should be carried out by a licensed gasfitter.
