A 60 cm stainless steel gas cooktop with four burners sized for different jobs. A 3.6 kW triple ring wok burner sits alongside two 1.75 kW semi rapid burners and a 1.0 kW auxiliary burner, which covers everything from a hard sear or a stir fry through to a long simmer.
Automatic electronic ignition lights each burner from the control knob, so no matches or lighters are needed. The knobs give direct flame adjustment, and a flame failure device shuts off the gas supply if a burner goes out.
Black cast iron pan supports sit over the stainless steel surface, holding pots and pans steady and lifting off when it is time to clean underneath.
