A wide 90 cm cooktop built for households that cook properly, this five burner model gives you room to run several pans at once without crowding the surface. Black tempered glass keeps the finish sleek and easy to wipe down.
The burner layout covers everything from a rolling boil to a slow reduction: a 3.6 kW wok burner, a 3.0 kW rapid burner, two 1.75 kW semi rapid burners and a 1.0 kW auxiliary burner, for 11.1 kW in total. Solid cast iron grates span the surface so heavy pots stay steady, and a pan support is included for the auxiliary burner so small pots do not tip.
Galvanised knob controls with a safety lock keep adjustment simple, easy ignition fires the burners quickly, and a flame failure device shuts off gas if a flame goes out. The cooktop is factory set for natural gas and converts to LPG with the included kit. Installation should be carried out by a licensed gasfitter.
