The quick heat function brings the oil up to temperature fast and the automatic thermostat holds it there through a busy service. Each basket carries a heat proof handle and sits under its own lid to keep splashes down and dust out.

The stainless steel body wipes clean, the oil heating plate is hinged and lifts out for washing, and non slip rubber feet keep the unit steady on the bench. Turn on both the temperature knob and the timer knob before frying.
