Two tanks, two elements and two sets of controls make this benchtop fryer the answer when chips and crumbed items cannot share the same oil. Each side runs a 2400 W element and its own thermostat, so you can hold different temperatures side by side through a busy service.
The thermostats cover 60 C to 200 C, giving you room for gentle blanching at one end and a hot finishing fry at the other. Individual temperature and timer dials keep each tank easy to read, and both supplied baskets hook onto the tank rims for draining.
Construction is commercial grade stainless steel throughout, and the hinged oil heating plates lift out so the tanks can be drained and wiped down properly at the end of the day. Non slip rubber feet keep the unit planted on the bench. Some assembly is required before first use, and each tank has its own 10 amp plug.
