Built for cafes, dessert bars and serious home kitchens, this ice cream blender folds fruit, nuts, biscuit and syrup straight through a scoop of ice cream to make a custom swirl in seconds. Two 5 L polycarbonate hoppers hold your mix ins, so there is less stopping to refill during a busy service.

A 750 W copper motor spins the mixing head at 1740 RPM for fast, even blending, and an extra long handle gives you manual control over how the cup is worked through the blades. A polycarbonate shield sits around the mixing area to contain splatter.

Cleaning is designed into the machine. A pull up lever raises the blades, a side mounted water pump button sprays the head down, and a residue collection box with an external drainage pipe keeps the bench tidy between drinks.
