Two 190 mm stainless steel blades are supplied. The fine edge blade suits soft meats and cheese, while the serrated blade handles crusty bread and firmer textures. Blades swap over via the detachable rod, and a food holder keeps hands clear of the blade during use.

The base sits on non slip feet to keep the unit steady, cord storage tidies the lead away after use, and the surfaces wipe down easily. Please note the slicer is not intended for frozen items, and the supplier advises it is normal for a slight smell of oil or plastic on first use.
