Built for cafes, bars and busy commercial kitchens, this ice maker turns out 45 cubes per cycle in about 11 to 20 minutes, and up to 60 kg over a 24 hour period. That is enough to keep a service bar stocked through a long shift.

Four levels of cube thickness let you match the ice to the drink, and a simple LED control panel handles settings, including a timer of up to 24 hours. Alarms flag a water shortage or a full ice bin, and production stops automatically in both cases so the machine is not left running dry.

The self cleaning system takes care of routine maintenance, and three cooling fans manage heat dissipation. Adjustable non slip legs level the unit on an uneven floor, and the stainless steel casing wipes down easily. An ice scoop, drainage hose and inlet hose are supplied.
