Commercial Snowflake Ice Machine, 175 kg Per Day, Stainless Steel

Snowflake ice is the soft, ribbon like shaved ice used in bubble tea shops and dessert bars, and this commercial machine turns it out continuously. The supplier states a liquid cooling system that reaches temperature in around 40 seconds and produces ice about 3 seconds after pre cooling, with output of roughly 175 kg (385 lb) per day.

It works with sugar based drinks, fruit juice, milk and alcoholic mixes under 10 percent alcohol. Adjusting the roller speed changes the texture, giving snow, spaghetti and waterfall style ice from the same machine, and the touch panel shows the roller speed while you work. One touch cleaning handles the rinse cycle between flavours.

Construction is stainless steel throughout, with a SUS201 body, a food grade SUS304 roller and a 5CR15 stainless blade, so it holds up in tea shops, bakeries, pastry shops and cafes.
