This benchtop machine turns a kitchen into a small drinks bar. Five modes cover juice slush, milkshakes, coffee slush, soft serve ice cream and frozen cocktails, and because it chills the mixture itself you do not need to add ice cubes or crush anything first.
A 1.8 L transparent tank in food grade BPA free material lets you watch the mixture thicken, and a knob adjusts texture while the machine runs, so you can take a drink from soft and creamy through to thick and icy. The control panel uses clear icons for each drink type, so choosing a mode is a matter of turning the dial and pressing start.
Cleaning is handled by turning the dial to the clean setting and adding water, which runs a 360 degree circulation wash through the mixing chamber. With a footprint of 429 x 190 x 399 mm, a drip tray and removable parts, it fits comfortably in apartments and small kitchens, and suits families, coffee drinkers and anyone hosting gatherings.
