A commercial stand mixer built for volume work, this model pairs a gear driven transmission with a 16.5 L (15 quart) stainless steel bowl. It takes the strain out of kneading pizza dough, beating batters and whipping cream in quantities a domestic mixer cannot manage.

Three speeds cover the range of jobs: 113 rpm for kneading dough, 184 rpm for mixing fillings and 341 rpm for whipping creams. Three attachments are included, a dough hook for heavy dough, a flat beater for cakes, batters, icing and mashed vegetables, and a wire whip for whipped cream and egg whites. The machine should be stopped before changing speed.

A timer knob lets you set mixing time up to 30 minutes so you are not standing over the bowl, and a turning wheel raises and lowers the bowl for loading. The bowl and stirrers detach for cleaning, and the safety shield stops the machine automatically if it is not closed tightly. It suits restaurants, hotels, pizzerias, bakeries and commercial kitchens.
