A gear driven stand mixer built for the volume of a small commercial kitchen. The 9.5 litre (10 quart) stainless steel bowl raises and lowers on a turning wheel, so you can swap attachments and scrape down without wrestling the machine.

Three fixed speeds cover the usual range of work. The supplier gives 113 RPM for kneading dough, 184 RPM for mixing fillings and 341 RPM for whipping cream and aerating light mixtures. Stop the machine before changing speed. A 450W motor with gear driven transmission provides the torque for heavier doughs.

A timer knob sets run times up to 30 minutes, so you can leave a batch working while you get on with the rest of the prep. The bowl and stirrers detach for cleaning, and a safety shield sits over the bowl. The machine shuts down automatically if the shield is not closed properly.
