A Note on Materials
The body is diatomaceous earth ceramic, the traditional Japanese material for hibachi grills because of how well it retains and reflects heat. The grill rack is chrome plated stainless steel. The body is fragile compared to steel BBQs and should not be dropped or stacked under weight when stored.
