This automatic soap dispenser reads your hand with an infrared sensor and releases soap without you touching anything. Hold your hand closer for a small dose or further away for a larger one, so a quick rinse and a proper wash each get the right amount.
A silicone valve on the nozzle closes off between doses, which keeps drips off the benchtop, and the tubing pump keeps the flow steady rather than sputtering as the bottle empties. The wide funnel opening on top means refilling from a bulk bottle is quick and tidy.
It runs on a built in rechargeable battery, so there are no batteries to buy. The compact 380 mL body suits a kitchen sink, a bathroom vanity, a laundry or a powder room.
