This benchtop soft serve machine dispenses two flavours plus a twist of both, which covers soft serve, frozen yoghurt and acai from a single counter unit. It is aimed at cafes, dessert bars, events and food service sites that want a dessert offer without giving up floor space to a freestanding machine.
Twin 5.5 litre stainless steel hoppers feed two 1.6 litre freezing cylinders through a gravity fed system, and the supplier states a production capacity of 16 to 22 litres per hour with a first serve ready in about 14 minutes. Agitators keep the mix turning so texture stays consistent across a service.
The body is food grade 304 stainless steel with leather wrapped handles, and an LED control panel keeps operation simple enough for casual staff. One button cleaning handles the daily wash cycle. The machine requires assembly and is supplied with a 15 amp plug, so a matching outlet is needed.
