Commercial Electric Meat Grinder and Sausage Stuffer, 2.27 kg Per Minute, Aluminium

A bench mounted electric mincer that gets through up to 2.27 kg of meat a minute and will run continuously for more than half an hour, which puts it comfortably beyond the reach of a domestic attachment. The oversized hopper means you can load a decent tray of trimmed meat and keep feeding rather than stopping every few pieces.

The body is aluminium and every part that touches food is food grade. An anti backloading arrangement on the blade helps get the cutting assembly the right way round, a two speed control lets you slow things down for softer cuts, and a reverse function clears a jam without pulling the head apart. A handle on top makes it straightforward to shift between bench and storage.

Beyond mincing, the included sausage stuffing plate and tube turn it into a filler, and it handles beef, chicken, turkey, venison and frozen meat as well as kubbe. It does not grind thick bones such as chicken leg bones. All parts detach for cleaning, and the stainless steel accessories can go straight into the dishwasher.
