Commercial Electric Meat Grinder and Sausage Stuffer, 2 kg Per Minute, 600 W

A compact size 8 countertop mincer that suits a small butchery, a cafe kitchen or a household that buys meat by the box. The 600 W pure copper motor gets through 2 kg (4.5 lb) of meat a minute and is rated for 30 minutes of continuous running, which covers most batch work in one go.

Construction is carbon steel and stainless steel, with SUS420 blades sharp enough for chicken cartilage and frozen meat alongside pork, beef, venison and fish. Two blades and two cutting plates come in the box so you can switch between coarse and fine mince, and a sausage stuffer plus a meat pounding stick round out the kit.

All the working parts pull apart for washing in water, and the supplier recommends drying them thoroughly before storing. Two operating cautions from the supplier: do not leave the grinder idling for extended periods as it can damage the motor, and switch the power off when the machine is not in use.
