Commercial Meat Bandsaw and Mincer, 550 W, 180 mm Cutting Thickness, Stainless Steel

This benchtop bone saw combines two jobs in one machine: a band saw for cutting through ribs, leg bones and frozen meat, and a mincing head for grinding. Being able to mince and then cut without moving to a second machine saves time in a busy kitchen, and it suits butchers, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets and serious home cooks who buy and break down whole cuts.

A 550 W pure copper motor drives a stainless steel saw blade through precision gears, so the blade keeps its speed through dense bone rather than binding partway through a cut. The stainless steel worktable carries scale lines, which lets you set the thickness you want and repeat it cut after cut, from thin ham slices through to thick bone sections.

The machine takes work up to 180 mm thick and 250 mm high, which is enough for large lamb and beef leg bones.
