This is the larger machine in the commercial slicer range, built for delis, caterers, restaurants and school canteens that get through real volume. Food industry grade stainless steel components and a 320 W copper core motor give it the reserve needed for long service periods.

The 250 mm stainless steel blade and generous carriage handle pieces of food up to 185 mm wide, so full smallgoods and large cheese blocks fit without trimming. Thickness control runs from super thin shavings up to 17 mm slices, which makes it just as useful for fruit and vegetables as it is for cold meats.

The integrated StaySharp system sharpens both sides of the blade at the touch of a button. A ring guard and large baffle shield the blade during use, while the rust free aluminium base and non slip feet keep the machine stable on the bench and easy to wipe down at the end of the day.
