Built for larger jobs, this electric deli slicer pairs a 320 W motor with a 300 mm carbon steel blade turning at 350 to 400 rpm. It moves through frozen meat, raw and cooked meat, cheese, ham and bread without stalling, so you get a consistent slice from the first cut to the last.

The thickness knob adjusts from 0 to 15 mm, covering thin cold cuts and fruit platters through to thicker portions for burgers and sandwiches. A built in sharpening stone maintains the edge, and the blade, food holder and food pusher are all removable so the stainless steel tray and contact parts can be cleaned properly.

It is a good fit for delis, sandwich bars, small catering kitchens and home cooks preparing meat in bulk.
