A bench mounted meat grinder built for real volume. The 1100 W motor turns at 180 rpm and the supplier rates it at roughly 300 kg of meat per hour (661 lb/h), driven through a steel gear mechanism with an air cooled fan to keep the run steady.

A large capacity meat tray gives you somewhere to stage the cuts, and the enlarged throat with meat pusher keeps feeding quick and controlled. A 6 mm grinding plate comes fitted, with an 8 mm plate supplied as well, so you can move between a coarse mince for sausages and a finer grind for burgers or meatballs. A sausage stuffing kit is included for bratwurst and other homemade varieties.

The body is food grade stainless steel with a painted finish, and the head lifts off for cleaning. A built in drawer holds the accessories between jobs, single button operation keeps it simple, and a circuit breaker is fitted to protect the motor.
