Press your own cooking oil at home or in a small production kitchen. This hot press oil expeller uses an 850 W pure copper motor and, according to the supplier, works through about 1.5 kg (3.3 lb) of oil per hour with the capacity for continuous operation.

Temperature is adjustable from 0 to 300 degrees Celsius, so you can tune the heat to the seed or nut you are working with. Preheat for five to ten minutes before starting. Dry materials go straight in with no separate frying step needed.

Once pressed, oil runs out through the outlet while the solid press cake is discharged through the residue guide tube, and a stainless steel filter catches the remaining fines. The machine is made primarily from food grade SUS304 stainless steel with detachable parts, so cleaning between batches is straightforward. It suits peanuts, black sesame seeds, rapeseed, flaxseed, tea seeds, almonds, walnut kernels and perilla seeds.
