Electric Sausage Stuffer, 15 L, 260 W, Variable Speed, Stainless Steel

The larger of the vertical electric stuffers, with a 15 L (4 gal) barrel for anyone filling casings by the tray. A 260 W motor drives the plunger, so long production runs do not turn into an arm workout.

Stepless speed regulation lets you dial the feed rate to the casing you are using, and the supplied foot pedal switch keeps both hands on the sausage. A double air release valve clears trapped air from the barrel for a more even fill.

Four stainless steel filling tubes are included, in 15 mm, 21 mm, 30 mm and 37 mm, so thin Italian sausages, salami and thicker varieties are all covered. The short elbow design helps recover the last of the mince, and the stainless steel body, base, barrel and tubes strip down for washing.
