A forged 304 stainless steel garlic press built for daily use. The one piece body is strengthened through the lever section, so it holds its shape under hand pressure rather than flexing the way lighter presses do.

The hopper uses an upgraded square hole pattern instead of the usual round holes. The supplier states this increases the open hole area by 27 percent and lifts pressing efficiency by 25 percent, which means less garlic juice is left behind in the chamber. The hopper is fully enclosed, so minced garlic comes out through the holes rather than squeezing past the edges, and cloves can go in unpeeled.

Widened, extended handles give a longer lever, so a clove crushes with one hand. The handle opens right out and the hopper turns outwards for rinsing, water drains away rather than pooling inside, and the press is dishwasher safe.
