Slice your own hot pot rolls at home with this hand operated frozen meat slicer. A thickness dial adjusts anywhere from 0.3 mm for paper thin lamb and beef rolls up to 15 mm for thick steaks and chops, so one machine covers shabu shabu, barbecue and everyday cooking.

A double pressure bearing design keeps the carriage running smoothly through firm frozen blocks, and the sharp blade does the work with far less effort than a knife. Beyond meat it also handles vegetables, melons and firm fruit.

The body is stainless steel with silicone feet to hold it steady on the bench, and it wipes down easily after use. A meat press and mounting bracket are supplied so the slicer can be fixed in place for stable cutting.
