This three in one set rolls the sheet and cuts both spaghetti and fettuccine from a single attachment, so there is no swapping heads halfway through a batch. The supplier states it fits stand mixers with a standard front attachment hub.

A thickness knob gives eight settings from 0.3 to 2 mm, which covers everything from a delicate lasagne sheet to a sturdier dumpling or tortilla wrapper. Two cutting widths, 1.5 mm and 6 mm, take that same sheet into thin spaghetti or wider fettuccine.

The rolling shaft is 304 stainless steel, the cutting shaft is 303 stainless steel and the housing is ABS. The body detaches for cleaning with the supplied brush. It is not suitable for the dishwasher.
