Contact Grill and Sandwich Press, 1600 W, 4 in 1, Reversible Grill and Waffle Plates, Stainless Steel

This 4 in 1 contact grill goes well beyond a basic sandwich press. Steaks, vegetable kebabs, burgers, breakfast eggs and toasted paninis all come off the same appliance, and because it grills from both sides at once, cooking times are shorter than a single sided pan.

Both non stick cook plates are reversible. Use the ribbed grill side for chicken, fish and paninis, or flip to the flat griddle for sausages and eggs. The hinge also opens the plates out flat to 180 degrees, doubling the cooking surface so you can run bacon on one side and eggs on the other at the same time. A set of waffle plates is included for weekend brunch.

An LCD control panel sets the temperature between 80 and 230 degrees Celsius and indicates when the plates are up to heat, and the timer runs from 30 seconds to 60 minutes. The stainless steel body and brushed aluminium handle wipe down easily, the plates release at the push of a button and are dishwasher safe, and a removable drip tray catches fat that runs off the angled plates.
