Benchtop Water Purifier, 20 L, 8 Stage Filter, Maifan Stone Cartridge

A high capacity benchtop water purifier holding 20 L across a 9 L upper tank and an 11 L lower tank. It runs on gravity alone, so there is no plumbing to install, no power point to find and nothing to book a tradesperson for. Assemble it, fill the top with tap water and draw filtered water from the magnetic tap.

Filtration happens across eight layers. Felt pads catch rust and sediment, KDF 55 copper zinc alloy targets heavy metals including lead, mercury and arsenic through a redox process, and two activated carbon layers deal with chlorine, odours and taste. Between them sit mineralised balls, coralite balls and a ceramic plate.

A separate Maifan stone cartridge sits in the lower tank. The supplier states it releases calcium, magnesium, iron and potassium and buffers the water toward a milder alkalinity. At 59 cm high and 33 cm wide it fits under most overhead cupboards, making it practical for kitchens, offices, rentals and staff rooms.
