Commercial Bone Saw, 850 W, 180 mm Cutting Thickness, Stainless Steel

This 850 W band saw is the heavier option in the range, built for cutting hard bone as well as frozen meat. A pure copper motor drives a stainless steel blade through precision gears, which keeps the blade speed up through beef and lamb leg bones instead of stalling, so the work only needs a steady push.

The worktable has scale lines so thickness can be set accurately and repeated across a batch, whether you are producing thin ham slices or thick bone in portions. Maximum cutting thickness is 180 mm, which is enough for large leg bones and sizeable frozen blocks.

Construction is die cast aluminium with reinforced stainless steel, chosen for wear resistance, scratch resistance and rust resistance in wet processing areas. A single button switch handles operation, and a stainless steel pusher plate and pusher rod are supplied so the workpiece can be fed towards the blade with hands kept clear. It suits restaurants, butchers, meat franchise stores, supermarkets, and meat and seafood processing operations.
