A commercial grade fairy floss machine mounted on its own wheeled cart, sized for the sort of demand a school fete or market stall generates. The oversized spinning bowl turns out up to six cones a minute and is rated to run continuously for an hour without clogging, so there is no stopping to clear the head mid rush.

The front panel carries a voltage meter and a temperature control knob, which is the feature that lifts it above a home unit. Different sugars caramelise at different points, so being able to dial the head temperature in lets you move between plain floss sugar, milk sugars, fruit cubes and hard candies and get a clean spin from each.

Large wheels and a sturdy handle make it easy to move between the car and the pitch, and the candy box built into the cart holds cones, sticks and sugar packs so everything travels together. A sugar spoon is included for scooping and pouring into the head.
