A heavy duty twin tank fryer for kitchens that do not slow down. Two 10 L compartments with independent switches let you hold two different temperatures at once, so chips and battered fish never share a tank or a flavour.

S shaped heating elements spread heat evenly and bring the oil back up quickly between batches. Stainless steel lids cover both tanks to cut splashing and keep debris out, and basket hangers let you rest a basket on the rim to drain oil before serving.

Clean up is the part most fryers get wrong. This one has an oil drain tap on each tank so used oil runs straight into a container, and the head tilts back 90 degrees for access to the whole tank. Minimum and maximum oil level indicators, an overheat probe, an overload circuit breaker and non slip rubber feet round out the build. Note this fryer is fitted with a 15 A plug and needs a matching 15 A socket.
