Commercial Electric Meat Grinder and Sausage Stuffer, 2.5 kg Per Minute, 850 W

A mid sized countertop mincer built around a size 12 head and an 850 W pure copper motor. It works through 2.5 kg (5.5 lb) of meat a minute and is rated for 30 minutes of continuous running, enough to get a decent batch done in one session for a restaurant kitchen, a small butchery or a home that buys in bulk.

Construction combines carbon steel and stainless steel, with SUS420 blades that handle chicken cartilage and frozen meat as well as pork, beef, venison and fish. Two blades and two cutting plates let you move between coarse and fine mince, and a sausage stuffer and meat pounding stick are included.

The working parts detach for washing in water. The supplier advises drying them completely before storage, avoiding long idle periods that can damage the motor, and switching the power off when the machine is not in use.
