A heavy duty countertop mincer aimed squarely at commercial volume. An 1100 W pure copper motor drives a size 32 grinding head, pushing through 9.5 kg (21 lb) of meat a minute and running continuously rather than in short bursts, which is what butcher shops, supermarkets and busy kitchens actually need from a mincer.

The whole machine is stainless steel, with SUS420 blades sharp enough to take on chicken cartilage and frozen meat as well as pork, beef, venison and fish. Two grinding blades come in the box along with a sausage stuffing blade and three filling tube sizes, so the same unit handles mincing and sausage making without extra purchases.

Every part that touches food detaches for washing, and the supplier advises drying components thoroughly before storage. Two operating notes worth heeding: avoid letting the grinder idle for long periods, as this can damage the motor, and switch it off at the power point when not in use.
