A three in one machine that grinds, slices and dices, built around a size 12 caliber head. Rather than choosing between a mincer and a slicer, this handles both, taking meat through slices, then strips, then dice, so you can pull several textures from the same cut without swapping equipment.

A 700 W copper core motor turns at 180 rpm and processes up to 4.99 kg (11 lb) of meat a minute, with enough torque for frozen meat, hard foods and chicken cartilage. The supplier recommends a working pattern of 30 minutes on and 10 minutes rest. The reinforced, thickened blade cuts at 5 mm and is designed to resist jamming when vegetables go through alongside meat.

The body is thick stainless steel, and the blade assembly detaches quickly so scraps and grease can be cleared out properly rather than left to build up. It suits restaurant kitchens, delis and staff canteens, and doubles as a sausage stuffer for making sausages and cured meats.
