This commercial ice maker produces up to 35 kg of square ice cubes every 24 hours, which covers a bar, cafe, restaurant or event space through a normal trading day. Each cube is formed at 21 mm, a size that melts slowly enough to hold a drink together rather than watering it down.

The supplier states a cycle of 11 to 20 minutes depending on ambient temperature, so a fresh batch is never far away. A 10 litre insulated bin holds up to 4 kg of finished ice, and the machine stops automatically once the bin is full. Water shortage and overload protection are built in.

An intelligent LCD control panel handles ice thickness adjustment, the timer and the self cleaning program. An internal light makes the bin easy to check at a glance, and adjustable feet let the unit sit level on an uneven bench. It can be used freestanding or on a benchtop.
