A stainless steel ice maker built for the pace of a commercial kitchen or bar. Each cycle produces 45 cubes in around 11 to 20 minutes, and the machine can supply up to 45 kg of ice across a full day, held in a 13 kg bin.

Four thickness levels let you match the cube to the drink, from thinner cubes that chill quickly to thicker ones that hold up in a spirit over a long service. Dual sensors halt production automatically when the water tank runs low or the bin is full, so the unit is not left running dry or overfilling.

A simple LED panel handles the controls, with a timer of up to 24 hours for unattended running and a self cleaning cycle for the tray and tank. Three cooling fans manage heat dissipation, adjustable non slip legs level the unit, and the inlet hose, drainage hose and scoop are all supplied.
