The 30 L planetary food mixer is the largest in this range and is designed to stand on the floor, where its full metal body and low centre of gravity keep it steady through long mixing runs.

A copper wound motor and a hardened three speed direct drive transmission move the beater on a planetary path, folding ingredients from the bowl wall back through the centre. Thirty litres of capacity suits bakeries, restaurants, schools and canteens working through doughs, icings, batters, sauces and mashed vegetables in bulk.

The bowl, wire whisk, spiral dough hook and flat beater are stainless steel and each fits or lifts out in seconds. A protective guard covers the bowl during operation, and the metal body wipes clean at the end of the day.
