The adjustable temperature range runs from minus 15 degrees Celsius through to 10 degrees Celsius, so you can set it soft and pourable for juices and iced coffee, firm for a classic slushie, or colder again for alcoholic frozen drinks that need the extra chill to hold their shape.

The single transparent tank holds 12 L, around 48 cups per batch by the supplier count, which means less refilling during a rush and a colourful display that does its own selling. A digital screen shows the current temperature, and the control panel covers two modes, slushy and cold drink, plus timer settings and one button automatic cleaning.

The body is stainless steel with a food grade PC tank, and the modular parts pull apart without tools when it is time for a proper clean.
