Non stick plates release cleanly and wipe down with a soft brush or cloth, and spill channels keep overflowing batter off the bench. Stainless steel spiral handles, a smooth hinge and four rubber feet round out a machine built for cafes, restaurants, snack bars and busy home kitchens.
