Cut your own deli slices at home with this electric food slicer. The 190 mm SUS420 stainless steel blade works through frozen meat, ham, cheese and bread, so a whole leg of ham or a block of cheese becomes even slices in minutes.

A 180 W motor turns the blade at 95 rpm, and a thickness knob sets the cut anywhere from paper thin up to 15 mm. That covers shaved cold cuts for sandwiches through to thicker slices for burgers and platters.

Food contact parts are made from food grade materials, and the blade, food rack and food pusher all detach so the machine can be cleaned properly. A raised food pusher with spikes holds the product against the carriage, while non slip feet keep the base steady on the bench.
