An electric deli slicer sized for home kitchens, fitted with a 190 mm SUS420 stainless steel blade that copes with frozen meat, raw and cooked meat, ham, cheese and bread.
The 180 W motor drives the blade at 80 to 120 rpm, and the thickness knob adjusts the cut from 0 mm to 15 mm, so you can shave cold cuts for sandwiches or cut thicker slices for burgers and platters. A blade guard covers the cutting edge when the slicer is not in use.
Every part that touches food is made from food grade materials. The stainless steel tray wipes clean with a cloth, and the blade, food holder and food pusher all lift out for a proper wash. A raised food pusher with spikes grips the product and non slip feet hold the base in place.
