Electric Meat Slicer, 250 mm Carbon Steel Blade, 180 W, Built In Sharpener, 0 mm to 10 mm Thickness is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
A larger format electric slicer built around a 250 mm carbon steel blade, wide enough to take on big cuts of frozen meat, whole cheeses and full loaves of bread in a single pass.
The 180 W motor spins the blade at 373 rpm, and a thickness knob adjusts the cut from paper thin up to 10 mm. A built in sharpener lets you bring the edge back without removing the blade or sending it away.
The machine is finished in high hardness carbon steel and wipes down with a cloth after use. A blade shield, a food pusher and non slip feet keep the product and the base steady while the automatic food pusher moves the carriage through the cut.
