Manual Fruit and Wine Press, 6 L, Stainless Steel

A manual press for turning fruit into juice, cider or wine must at home. The 6 L (1.6 gallon) basket is large enough for family batches, and the same press handles wine grapes, cheese, fruit puree, olive oil and honey.

A 2.5 mm (0.1 inch) thickened stainless steel pressing plate applies more even pressure than a traditional cloth press, so more juice comes out of each load. A T shaped non slip handle drives the screw; turn it down and the plate does the work. Pre cutting the fruit and loading it into one of the supplied filter bags gives a cleaner result.

The pressing plate and both the inner and outer barrels are stainless steel, and the metal base and support frame keep the press steady while you turn the handle. Both barrels lift out for cleaning, rinse clean under the tap, and can go in the dishwasher.
