A horizontal sausage stuffer sized for home kitchens and small commercial runs, with a 3 L stainless steel cylinder that holds around 7 lbs of mince per fill.
Laying the cylinder flat keeps the centre of gravity low, so the machine stays put on the bench while you crank. Dual speed control gives you a fast setting to move the piston through the barrel and a slow setting for filling casings evenly without tearing them.
The main body, base, cylinder and tubes are all 304 stainless steel, and five filling tubes in different diameters cover sausages, hot dogs, snack sticks and churros. The whole unit comes apart for washing.
