This horizontal sausage stuffer steps up to a 5 L stainless steel cylinder, holding around 11 lbs of mince per fill, so you can work through a whole batch without stopping to reload.
The flat cylinder layout keeps the centre of gravity low and the machine steady on the bench. Dual speed control gives you a fast setting for driving the piston along the barrel and a slow setting for filling casings evenly and gently.
Main body, base, cylinder and tubes are all 304 stainless steel. Five filling tubes in different diameters cover sausages, hot dogs, snack sticks and churros, and the unit comes apart for washing.
