The largest of the horizontal sausage stuffers in this range, with a 7 L stainless steel cylinder that takes around 15 lbs of mince in one fill. It suits butchers, restaurants and anyone making sausages in quantity.
Laying the cylinder flat gives the machine a low centre of gravity, so it stays planted on the bench while you crank. Dual speed control switches between a fast setting for advancing the piston and a slow setting for even, careful casing filling.
Body, base, cylinder and tubes are all 304 stainless steel, and five filling tubes in different diameters cover sausages, hot dogs, snack sticks and churros. Everything detaches for washing.
