Sausage Stuffer, 1.5 L (2.5 lb), Vertical, Stainless Steel, 3 Filling Tubes

This vertical sausage stuffer gives home cooks and small kitchens proper control over filling casings. The stainless steel cylinder holds 1.5 litres of seasoned mince, so a full batch can be stuffed in one loading rather than topping up every few links.

Three stainless steel filling tubes are supplied at 16 mm, 19 mm and 22 mm, which covers thin Italian style sausages, salami and thicker snags from the same machine. An air release valve lets trapped air out as you work, so the filling packs firmly and casings are less likely to burst.

The stuffer pulls apart for cleaning after use. The supplier recommends washing the parts in warm water and drying them before storage.
