This benchtop slushie maker turns ordinary drinks into frozen ones in minutes. It uses direct cooling rather than crushed ice, which is the difference between a slushie that still tastes like the drink you poured in and one that has been diluted into flavoured water.

Five preset programs cover the usual requests: Slushie, Spiked Slushie, Frappe, Milkshake and Frozen Juice. Pick one, press the button, and the machine sets its own texture and temperature for that drink rather than leaving you to guess.
