This set of six white sage smudge sticks is wild harvested from naturally growing salvia apiana, long valued as a ceremonial and cleansing plant.
Smudging can be used to refresh and purify the atmosphere of a home, office or healing space, as well as personal items. Each bundle is carefully wrapped in cotton string and made as a tool of empowerment.
To use, light the tip of the leaves, allow it to burn for five to ten seconds, then gently blow on the embers to create smoke. Slowly move through the space, waving the stick gently, then extinguish completely in sand or a small dish of water before storing in a dry place. Only use under adult supervision and keep away from flammable materials.
